Understand sport rankings and how the Overall leaderboard rewards all-round players.
The leaderboard shows how players compare inside your company. Sport tabs rank players by their points in that sport. The Overall tab combines active sport ratings into one score.
How Overall is calculated
Each played sport can contribute points above the 500-point baseline. Ratings below that baseline do not subtract from your Overall score.
- 1 submitted match: 40% of that sport contribution counts.
- 2 submitted matches: 70% of that sport contribution counts.
- 3 or more submitted matches: 100% of that sport contribution counts.
Why playing more sports helps
Overall rewards both strong sport ratings and breadth. The more sports you play, the larger the all-rounder bonus becomes, so steady players across several sports can compete with one-sport specialists.
