Why Air Hockey at work
Air hockey matches are usually short and naturally 1v1, so two colleagues can play without rounding up a group. Once a table is available there is no setup, and quick rematches keep it going as a recurring competition.
How it works in Office Sports
Pick your opponent, play the match, and log the final score. Office Sports records the result, updates both players' rating points, and refreshes the leaderboard.
Leagues
Players can challenge whoever is available instead of waiting for a scheduled fixture. Because matches take only a few minutes, results accumulate quickly - each one updates rating points, and leaderboard positions keep shifting as more games are logged.
Tournaments
Formal air hockey tournaments are not currently supported because air hockey is singles-only. A Friday final or team day still works well as ongoing league play, with rating points and the leaderboard updating after every match.
Fair rankings, automatically
Rating points reflect who you beat, not just how many matches you win. Beating a stronger opponent earns more points, so even frequent rematches continue to matter.
