Office Sports playbook
Air Hockey
Configure Air Hockey target score settings.
Air Hockey uses first-to-target scoring. The first player to reach the target total score (usually 7 goals) wins the match.
Configuration options
Target total score
The score required to win the match (e.g., 7 or 10 goals).
Draw policy
Choose whether matches can end in a draw or if a winner is always required.
Round names
Customize the singular and plural labels for rounds (e.g., "Game" / "Games").
Score limits
Optionally set minimum and maximum allowed scores per game.
What's fixed
For preset sports like Air Hockey, the core scoring method is locked. You cannot change how rounds are scored, how the match winner is decided, or the score input type. Only the numeric values, draw policy, round names, and score limits can be edited.
How to log your Air Hockey match
- Start a new match and pick this sport.
- Choose the players on each side and when the match was played.
- Enter each side's final cumulative score once the match reaches the target total.
- Review the result, then submit to update the leaderboard.
Example (default settings): a final score of 7-4 finishes the match once the target total of 7 is reached.
